■ LICENCES SALES We propose each module and provide Cegid SaaS license sales support (the actual contract is directly between the user and Cegid. ■ IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT We provide project support for Implementation, including Fit & Gap, construction and testing. In some cases, Cegid and us may form a joint project team to handle the project. ■ SYSTEM OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE/HELPDESK We provide after-sales service including maintenance and operation after release. ■ ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL DEVELOPMENT Modification and investigations outside the range of maintenance services will be quoted as additional functional development on a case-by-case basis. （As a guideline, man-hours of 0.5 man-days or more are estimated.) ■ PERFORMING KITTING We configure various settings of Cegid on POS machines and peripheral devices, and install them in the designated stores. We also attend the first day of operation (operation check and Q&A) of newly opened stores as required. ■ TRAINING We not only introduce the product to client, but also provide instruction and training for every key-user to understand the system. ■ MANUAL PREPARATION We create manuals in Japanese and/or English for installations, adding functions, version upgrades, and work process. ■ WORKING ONSITE PROJECT All of above services are contracted on an outsourcing agreement. If you request assistance not only with Cegid but also with your IT department in general, we can dispatch an engineer to work onsite at the client's office.
